The lead for the best Gross prize changed hands 4 times through the course of the 36 hole competition held on the 4th of August.

The final holes saw Ryan Mcallistar take the lead coming down th 14th after Harry Woan doubled the 13th even though he had holed in one on the same hole in the mornings round.

Ryan then lost the lead to Taylor by doubling the 14th only to be followed by Taylor who trebled the 14th . Eventually Harry held on to a one shot lead to take the trophy.

The Handicap Trophy was never in doubt after Ryan posted a Nett 65 followed by a Nett 67 to win by 6 shots over Otto Pendergast who made a late surge but found the closing the gap a bridge to far
